• Toon Clock^tm is a Windows program, created by Ron Paludan, that "adds character to your desktop!" You can mix and match skins -- all of your favorite caricature heads, bodies, clock hands, clock dials, clock bodies, sounds, etc. -- to decorate your desktop and amuse yourself with your own style of toon clocks. • Sorry, no. The software has a special way of installing skins, so that users can only customize Toon Clock's appearance by using skin files that are provided by us.

What is Toon Clock? It is a free software download for Windows XP and other Windows operating systems, for a desktop alarm clock that contains cartoon caricatures of all of your favorite and infamous fellows and gals of politics, including Bush, Cheney, Kerry, and more. Mix and match character skins, to amuse yourself with satire, parody, lampoon, or just be really patriotic and stick with Uncle Sam.
