License -

1. Subject to all the terms of this License, Railway Station Productions, LLC, grants you a limited, non-exclusive, personal, non-sublicensable, non-assignable license to install and use the software and any future fixes, updates and upgrades provided to you (collectively, the "Software") on a computer.

2. Subject to the terms of this License, RAILWAY STATION PRODUCTIONS LLC, grants you a single user, non-exclusive, personal, non-sublicensable, non- assignable license to the Software.

3. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augment or enhance the current Software, including the release of new properties, shall be subject to terms of this License.

4. This License allows you to install and use the software on a single computer. This License does not permit you to install the Software on more than one computer at a time. You may make copies of the Software in machine-readable form for backup purposes only. The backup copy must include all copyright information contained on the original.

5. Except as expressly permitted in this License, you agree not to reverse engineer, de-compile, disassemble, alter, duplicate, modify, rent, lease, loan, sublicense, make copies, create derivative works from, distribute or provide others with the Software in whole or part, transmit or communicate the application over a network.

6. You may not sell, transfer or communicate the Software to any third party without our prior express written consent.

7. Images. Unless otherwise noted, this program is not endorsed or affiliated with any person or firm except the authors of this program.

8. Title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Software shall remain in RAILWAY STATION PRODUCTIONS LLC and/or its suppliers. The Software is protected by copyright laws and treaties. Title and related rights in the content accessed through the Software is the property of the applicable content owner and may be protected by applicable law. This License gives you no rights to such content.

Warranty -

9. AUTHOR makes no warranty of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. AUTHOR shall not be liable for any damages, whether direct, indirect, special or consequential arising from a failure of this program to operate in the manner desired by the user. AUTHOR shall not be liable for any damage to data or property that may be caused directly or indirectly by use of this program.

10. If provided on physical media, the disk on which this software is recorded will be replaced within 90 days of purchase if found to be defective in material or workmanship. THIS SHALL CONSTITUTE THE SOLE REMEDY OF PURCHASER AND THE SOLE LIABILITY OF THE AUTHOR.

If provided as a download, the purchaser may download the program again upon request.

11. IN NO EVENT WILL AUTHOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS OR OTHER INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PROGRAM, OR FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY OTHER PARTY.

12. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS. Use, duplication or disclosure by the Government is subject to restrictions set forth in subparagraphs (a) through (d) of the Commercial Computer-Restricted Rights clause at FAR 52.227-19 when applicable, or in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013, or at 252.211-7015, and in similar clauses in the NASA FAR Supplement. 13. HIGH RISK ACTIVITIES. The Product is not fault-tolerant and is not designed, manufactured or intended for use or resale as on-line control equipment in hazardous environments requiring fail-safe performance, such as in the operation of nuclear facilities, aircraft navigation or communication systems, air traffic control, direct life support machines, or weapons systems, in which the failure of the Product could lead directly to death, personal injury, or severe physical or environmental damage ("High Risk Activities"). Accordingly, Licensor and its suppliers specifically disclaim any express or implied warranty of fitness for High Risk Activities. Licensee agrees that Licensor and its suppliers will not be liable for any claims or damages arising from the use of the Product in such applications.

14. The License Agreement and Warranty shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of the state of Nevada.
